SHIPPING:

We deliver globally. Your location, the quantity, and the weight of your products will determine the delivery cost for your order. Please get in touch with us before making your order so we can provide you with the shipping cost as we are unable to include the cost of shipping for each product on the checkout page because it can vary by weight and country.

RETURNS:

If you are not happy with your MMR product for any reason, we might accept returns for account credit only. Within 14 days of the date the item was shipped to you, we must receive it for this purpose. Please make sure the rug is returned in the same condition it was given in, with no signs of wear and tear. The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipment of the rug for exchange or refund purposes.

Professional images, even those with the highest resolution, can fail to capture the colour and design of the rug  accurately. Please do not hesitate to email us at [email protected] with the subject “further images requested” if you would like to see additional pictures of the carpet or rug taken from various angles, the back of the carpet, etc.

We don’t provide returns on any of the products we sell. Once a carpet has been sold, it can only be returned for a replacement or store credit provided it complies with our policies.

We advise returning your item for credit and buying the new item separately if you want to swap it for a different one. Please take note of the following guidelines if you need to return your rug:

Please watch out that the tag isn’t removed.

The product must be unused and returned in the same condition that it was received.

Any returns that are damaged or are not in the state that they were when they were first delivered to the customer must be shipped back to them.

Unknown returns could be returned to the customer.

MMR Carpet maintains the right to reject any customer’s return if a client does not follow the aforementioned guidelines. The cost of sending the rug for exchange or return purposes will be met by the customers.

Returns or exchanges for tailored rugs are only permitted for technical reasons.
