OUR 6-STEP CUSTOMIZATION PROCESS
1. Communicate
Send us your designs, sketches or inspirations through the mail. We would require a detailed visual representation of the same. You can be as artistic and creative as you want to be while sharing ideas with us. We will go through your suggestions, advise you and use the inputs to generate a computer-aided design.
2. Choose the Final Design
We virtually produce a number of computer-aided custom patterns using all of your input. These are then delivered to you so that you can choose a rug design option. The one you choose will be used for the development of your rug.
3. Modifications
The design that you choose can be further modified with design details, patterns, colours or other elements that you would like to add to your rug. The options here are unlimited. We are open to designing the rug of your dreams and hence are ready to take multiple modifications so that we meet your needs.
4. Order Confirmation and Payment
After you have finalized the design with the required modifications and changes, you can then place the order. While placing the order you also need to make the payment. You only need to pay the 1st installment when you order.
5. Product Development
After the payment is received, the development of the rug is initiated. We will send pictures of the construction of your rugs at every stage so that you are in the loop with the process. Once the product development is completed, we will send the picture of the final product.
6. Final Payment & Dispatch
Once your rug is completed and ready to be shipped, you have to make the final payment before we dispatch it. We make sure that we deliver the product safely and on time. All one-of-a-kind orders are final, and we do not accept exchanges or returns.
