All one-of-a-kind orders are final, and we do not accept exchanges or returns. For customization orders, you have 24 hours from the time of the order to make any adjustments prior to the weave beginning. Following that, orders have been delivered to artisans and will be unable to be adjusted.
MAKE my RUG does not accept returns or offer refunds for customized rugs.
Professional images, even those with the highest resolution, can fail to capture the colour and design of the rug accurately. Please do not hesitate to email us at info@makemyrug.com with the subject “further images requested” if you would like to see additional pictures of the carpet or rug taken from various angles, the back of the carpet, etc.
We don’t provide returns on any of the products we sell.
