COMMUNICATE
Send us your Rug Design Sketches, Scratches images via email or upload Customize Your Rug Images here, or just talk to us on skype / facetime. Tell us all about YOUR IDEAS, INSPIRATIONS AND DETAILED SPECIFICATIONS . We Will listen, advice and take in all the information . We will then use all input to help create computer aided design options.
You Can also choose our Rugs Design from the gallery and use it in your Custom Rugs.
COMPUTER RENDERED DRAFT OPTIONS
Using all input from you we virtually create several computer aided custom rug designs. These then are sent to you for selecting a Rug Design option. You choose one of the options, which will be used to develop your final option.

Unlimited Design Changes
We offer unlimited changes to your selected design, ensuring your custom rug vision is fully realized. Our team provides guidance to help you make informed choices along the way.

Order Confirmation and First Payment
Once you're satisfied with the design, confirm your order with the first payment installment.
Note: All design services are complimentary, and you're under no obligation to place an order until you're ready.

RUG CONSTRUCTION AND IMAGES
After first installment of payment is received, work on constructing the rug is started. We will send you images of progress, for each stage, in your rugs creation. Once the rug is created we will send the final look images.

Final Payment and Dispatch
Once the rug is completed and you're satisfied with the final images, make the remaining payment. We then dispatch your bespoke rug to your doorstep.
