At Make My Rug, we take great pride in crafting high-quality, custom-made rugs tailored to your specific needs. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we have a strict No Return & No Refund Policy in place.

Policy Details:

  1. No Returns – Since each rug is custom-designed and made-to-order, we do not accept returns for any reason.
  2. No Refunds – Once an order is placed and production begins, we cannot process refunds. All sales are final.
  3. Color & Size Disclaimer – Due to variations in screen displays and handcrafting processes, slight differences in color and dimensions may occur. These are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns or refunds.
